Open air pavilion with a gazebo, playground, and formal lawn. Pavilion has a fireplace, buffet style kitchen area, restrooms, and refrigerator. Renters will need to pick up keys at our office, 7860 Bevelhymer Road, New Albany, Ohio 43054, to use the kitchen and storage areas. Alcohol is not permitted at New Albany Parks and Recreation facilities.

This 2.2 acre park is a lovely venue for family gatherings as well as civic and community events.  The park grounds include the Davis Commons formal lawn and the Karr Family Pergola.

The pavilion and grounds are available to rent.  The site has six large picnic tables which can seat 36 to 42 people. The pavilion can accomodate up to 60 people.  You may bring additional tables and chairs for your event.  A fireplace is available for guests to provide their own firewood.
RESERVATIONS CAN ONLY BE MADE BY RESIDENTS OF THE PARK DISTRICT OVER THE AGE OF 18. (RESIDENTS OF THE NEW ALBANY SCHOOL DISTRICT)
